December 24, 2012 at 2:48 am #1123410As a fishing guide I never expect a tip. I do my very best to make sure my clients have a safe and positive experiance and if at the the end of the day they feel thay would like like to tip me for my hard work then I except it with great gratitude. Sometimes its not how many fish you catch to measure how your guide did but, did he/she:
a. teach you something?
B. were they accomidating?
c. did I have a over all positive outdoor experiance?Merry Christmas

September 21, 2012 at 5:16 pm #1100267I have fished in 2 BFL tournys as a co and had a awsome time. Both of my boaters treated me very fair and allowed me to fish. Just the learning experiance you will have is worth the money..

January 22, 2012 at 1:59 am #1030847Yep I have a 2007 and had issues with the lids in the back of my boat which cover my oil and battery. I called Crestliner and complained and they sent me new ones. I installed them and had the same problem. Crestliner is aware of the problem and recoqizes it as a poor design. I am not surrprised that you did not get a phone call returned as they have lousy customer service. Still waiting for a call back on a issue about a trolling motor wire..The best solution is to have a piece square stock or L stock of aluminum welded to the underside of the lid..Worked for me… .
January 2, 2012 at 8:34 pm #1023511Sounds like his wife might have over reacted just a bit. I think he was found at the local tavern. Friend of mine heard the search by local DNR and Police on the scanner. I am waiting for more details will up date when I can. Glad to hear all is fine..
August 18, 2011 at 12:38 pm #989221I baught a spool last week to try on my spinning reel. I have no complaints and picked up another spool yesterday. The line is awsome for casting jigs,( you can cast a mile) trolling cranks, and casting twich, jerk and fluke baits. The color of the line I thought would be a problem but it does disapear well under water. The only thing I would say is if you buy 8lbs test size up to 10 or 12 lbs because this stuff is THIN!!!
August 17, 2011 at 1:42 am #988851“I complained when I had no shoes, till I saw a man who had no feet..
May 26, 2011 at 3:38 am #969194I have fished the North fork from Oxbo to Big Bear a bunch of times. My favorite is a beatlle spin in Purple tail with silver blade. But dont forget Rapelas and rattle Traps and Mepps. Flukes would also be a good Idea. Muskies should be on Bucktails.. Good luck and post a report when you get back.
May 2, 2011 at 2:56 pm #962581I stopped in last week on tues before my turkey season to see the new store. I was in need a box of turkey loads and found some on sale. I then took a walk around to see what else was in the new store and found it lacked everything I was looking for. It seemed that they were a little expensive on all items and the fishing department lacked alot. Now, I understand that they are just getting open but if it was my store I would have made sure to make the best first impression at my Grand Opening. Know a guy who went last week was looking for Model A Bombers the clerk gave him a big run around and a story to match about ordering them for him. Oh by the way I went to Fleet farm and found my turkey loads were cheaper.
April 6, 2011 at 4:41 pm #954588I picked some up at Farm and Fleet a few months ago. Very heavy duty and also come with a wall mount system. Or, check your local kwik Trips in back of the store all kinds of them just dont get caught..LOL
