My biggest worry is that it is no longer just the foot controls but the motor? I just took one apart, and the trolling motor was working to begin with then nothing, for both foot pedals? and now neither work at all? That is what was so confusing? Again I did nothing tat would either surge the motor or short it? Weird?

Went to a few of them over the 4th. Here is what I found. Kelly/Dudley, small but if the wind is blowing, (and it did 25+ every day!) it is very protected. Nice lilly pads, tried froggin and senko, very few fish found. Cedar, was tough with the wind and I just caught a chair, that had flown off the boat. Circle, very shallow not much happening.

Mazaska- OK finally found some fish. There is a nice weedline but found most of the fish off the main weedline into the deeper water with some scattered weds. a 1oz.bullet weight texas rigged brush-hog was and slowly pulling it trough was the best option. Biggest fish was around 3 most of them were in the low 2lb catagory. All of those lakes look like alge blum could be a problem at times.

I know that John Stears AKA RiverFan pulled a 7lb. out of a pool 5a backwater. He and I both had scales and hit the mark. It was a very Nice fish. An 8lb-er would be a BEAST from this area!

I have never been, but i have a friend who lived on the west cost and had many kids recruited to Hawaii. He said often they are back after a year or two. He called it island fever. They have a tough time being “stuck” on an island.
Hard to know if this is common or not? In his experience it was.
Good luck it sounds like a interesting adventure!

Our Priest was just talking about the laughing Jesus picture that he was given when he was Ordained.

I see no sacrilege in the SNL skit, but each of us see’s what we want…call it free will.

Hey Hank, When our son was premature,(30 weeks) I had no idea how I would make it through. I decided it was my job to keep the prays going, my head up, and to encourage mom, and my other two kids. Let your daughter know that there are many others who she has already touched and will continue to touch. Keep the faith and wish her the best!

What happened? I hope he will be alright? Any day any time these guys put their lives on the line.
We do not always like to see them, (particularly in the rearview mirror) but they protect and serve constantly!

Tebow is nothing more then a quarterback the media grabbed onto. If you don’t like his religion he is very easy to ignore. ESPN shows their lineup of stories they will talk about on Sportscenter. When it’s his turn, go get a sandwich. CBS, NBC & ESPN all publish what games they will show. If you don’t like Tebow watch a different game.

He is just a guy. I don’t understand why he is so famous but I also don’t understand why anybody should care one way or the other either.

He is the 2011 version of the Packers. If you can’t stand him ignore him.

I will say as a College Coach that he says everything right. Never takes credit, gives it to God, his team and others. That is all you want from a team mate. He is a big story because of what he did at FL, but moreover because all the experts said he could not play at the NFL. Lastly, WE the viewers LOVE an underdog who prove the “experts” wrong. I am not a big Tebow maniac, but I see what the attraction is. The only thing is it will be difficult to keep the comebacks time after time, and now as many people will love to see him fail. We are really strange, vote for the underdog, revel with him as he succeeds, just don’t succeed to much cuz then we don’t like you again? Strange but true!

I bought an 18′ bass layout used. I have only had it since last summer. I like it so far. The only thinkg it does not seem to have is a drain on the floor when it rains. I am sure I could put one in really easy if I wished to. I like the fact that there is no wood! so far so good though.

Tebow or the Fudge Packer going undefeated that is 99% of ESPN TV, Radio etc. but apparently we tune in or listen.

Yup the other 1% is them pushing Soccer…and watching on TV just plain sucks! I would much rather watch the View or poke a hot stick in my eye (about the same pain as watching the View!)

I am a Vikes fan (sort of) and personally I hope they Suck for Luck! why go 3-13 and get the 4th pick? Might as well lose the rest and hope that Miami or the Colts win a few more!

I am NOT the top 2%, (although thank God this is America and someday I hope to make it there)

I am the quintessential Joe Average when it comes to income, family size etc. I am part of a state agency and I am forced to be in a union that continues to spew nothing but class warfare, and all too often is looking out for only the lowest common denominator. They seem to be for everyone sharing in the “pain” as long as it is not them…or wait , that would be us/me, the hard working family middle class. Do I like to be taxed, heck no, but do I really think that consistently hitting the Big Bad top 2%’ers will solve the problem, nope not in that camp. The same way I am not into a constant “sin tax” increase, although I do not smoke nor drink.

Fact is most everyone is for doing something as long as they are not having to pay for it or might even benefit from it. I would rather share some pain as long as it would solve a problem, and there in-lies the problem, would it solve anything?

PS. this thread may not last to long…..

Now Cover to Cover, Song by Song commercial success is part of my criteria..

If you like, link them se we can hear snips of the music. Just copy and paste it using the “URL” Button (under the Instant UBB selection just to the lower right) and then you can name it what you want.

    Thanks
