I will be in the Faribault area from July4-6 and hoped to get a bit of info for a few lakes that may have a good Bass bite going on. I have fished that area years ago but any info would be appreciated!
Thanks

Went to a few of them over the 4th. Here is what I found. Kelly/Dudley, small but if the wind is blowing, (and it did 25+ every day!) it is very protected. Nice lilly pads, tried froggin and senko, very few fish found. Cedar, was tough with the wind and I just caught a chair, that had flown off the boat. Circle, very shallow not much happening.
Mazaska- OK finally found some fish. There is a nice weedline but found most of the fish off the main weedline into the deeper water with some scattered weds. a 1oz.bullet weight texas rigged brush-hog was and slowly pulling it trough was the best option. Biggest fish was around 3 most of them were in the low 2lb catagory. All of those lakes look like alge blum could be a problem at times.
