Ok so I was listening to my Ipod the other day and thought about this question. What is the BEST music album, or for your young folk, CD EVER?Now I know many factors will come into play here. Type of music, persons age and such.
I am willing to throw that all into the wind and go with this anyhow.
I have two that for me are a tie. Both these are cover to cover solid songs that I personally like, (ya big deal) but all have also had individual song by song commercial success.
I am a product of the 80’s which is also a big influence here.
My selections are, and this is a tie:
Click on the link and you can see the song titles and here a bit of each…

    Boston”s BOSTON album

    AC/DC Back in Black

I think if you use song by song commercial success as the overriding criteria the Boston album might have the slightest of edges here.
Anyhow that’s my selections…How bout you??

Now Cover to Cover, Song by Song commercial success is part of my criteria..

If you like, link them se we can hear snips of the music. Just copy and paste it using the “URL” Button (under the Instant UBB selection just to the lower right) and then you can name it what you want.

    Thanks

“back in black” has to be inthe running.

How about something from the beatles? I am trying to think of an album that no matter what crowd is present, everybody knows the words to all of the songs……There sure are a lot of good ones to pick from…..
