Clearly most all of the protesters were born after 9/11. Our schools have failed to teach some basic history lessons here. Everyone of them should be forced to sit down and watch the live TV coverage of that day.

    Me. I’ll never forget.

    -J.

Unfortunately Jon, I don’t think the schools are allowed to teach these things anymore. Once the Pledge of Allegiance was fought to have it taken out of schools is when the snowball started rolling and gaining speed. JMHO

The best one I saw on TV to date. Gal holding a sign saying “Queers For Palestine” Being “queer” in a Muslim country will get you jailed at a minimum. But more likely killed before being arrested.

That has got to be the the best one I’ve heard so far! rotflol hah

Are you fellas talking about a panel that is flat? Are you talking about a molded panel with a profile to the surface?

A cabinet shop could reproduce a flat panel out of Starboard.

A fiberglass shop could reproduce a profiled panel, although it wouldn’t be cheap.

Yes a flat panel for gauges, 1 for switches for bait well, live well, anchor lights, etc. not sure what you mean by a molded panel with a profile to the surface?

Just a thought but are you keeping your line taught when bringing up the fish? If you ever catch yourself dropping the tip down and giving the line any slack when hooked up, that could be a possibility as well for losing fish.

I’ve also thought of doing the ipad or tablet approach.

I don’t think the screen would be as crisp and clear in the sun and the issue of it not being waterproof.

Thus the reason I passed on going that route.

As I’m sure you guys are already aware, the metro area pretty much holds all the voting power in the state. It really is about the only blue in the state as the rest of the state is pretty much all red.

Hit up all your buddies in the metro and get them to convert and pass it along.

I would love to see this state flip to Red.

These posts just help you decide who is really spending their time on worthwhile legislation.. vote accordingly. If you like worthless stuff.. these are your people.

I believe I read a part of the bill that said the banning of lead was for child safety and development of children… Or something along those lines.

    WTF?

This idiocracy will continue until they are voted out.
Remember this kinda stuff when it’s time to vote.

    Your choice

    Congrats BearCat!

I got a feeling she’s gonna be in for a hell of a ride and introduced early to the outdoors based on how active you are!

Unfortunately it’s been gone for a few years now. Like others have stated, quality went down and replaced with cheaper products and materials but still charging full price for everything. Their boots are a prime example.

Besides that, they seem to be higher priced on most products vs their competitors. I still have a Cabelas CC which earns points for Cabelas gear but there’s nothing there that interests me much anymore.

Sure am glad Scheels has some great stuff.

Timmy – one thing I like to do when they’re that young is before you go take the pup for the walk in the woods, go plant a grouse wing in a spot that’s in grousey cover. Then take your dog and walk them thru that area and essentially lead them to it but let them find it on their own. Follow it up with a bunch of praise. Try not to use the exact same spots over and over. Start working in whatever “hunt” command you plan to use (i.e. “hunt it up”, “find the bird”, etc).

I’ve trained a number of dogs in my time and this is solid info

Yeah I’ll be the first to admit I got a little fiesty after I posted My suggestion about current situations going on in the world. I’m sure this was at least directed somewhat to me and well warranted. I’ve been a member for like 18 years, and for some reason I let current affairs get under my skin and blasted out about it.

I apologize to the IDO members and to “Ripjiggen” for my aggressive comments.

Good advice above. I own a Ranger and not a skeeter but be mindful of that top roller in front not catching the over hanging trolling motor when launching. I learned the hard way with my first one.

Once you figure it out and get the hang of it you will never want a roller trailer again.

curious what you did to remedy the roller situation?

    Awesome detailed report. Thank you!
I’m in the “Thinking about it” mode for P4 as my boat is still in storage so I got nothing to share…. Yet…

    Thanks

Never done it but that sure looks like the way to go. I had a smaller Ice Castle but got rid of it. Too cramped

This seems to be the ticket going forward

Coming home from Mankato yesterday I saw a car out on the lake on Cannon Lake by Faribault – Yikes!

I saw a couple on Roberds on Saturday. Myself, I don’t foresee driving on the ice at all this year.

Cedar lake had 3 trucks out on the South end last Saturday.

Ive always wondered. why do truckers wear them again?

Hands free cellular conversations. Some trucks don’t have bluetooth built in to the cab radio and the inside of a lot of trucks are not very quiet so noise reduction built into these headsets for hearing and speaking are pretty critical.

Thank you, just took a look what model are you using

C400 XT is the one I liked

A friend of mine runs the B350 XT and he’s been very happy with his. He wears his all day around the farm, in the grain elevator and semi
