Forks still holding? Are they going to be an issue with no run off?

Are you planning the ATV’s inline or SxS when transporting? If inline will the Otter be behind or beside the ATV’s?

Planning inline. Hoping the Otter will go behind the last ATV across the trailer. If not, I’ll have to try something else because 16′ in length is my max.

That’ll be tight if not impossible.

Pack of wolves moved in on us . Stepped outside and heard them howling for a good 10 minutes . 9 of them verified . I started packing my 45 Colt , i have seen a deer yet !

Have had wolves for ten years at our place. deer population is dismal. We quit shooting does 9 years ago in order to help the population. I’ve had the same 5 deer on my trail camera for the last three months.

The only way I see anything changing is if more people’s pets start getting killed down by the metro..As sad as that is to say..

MPR is doing a fine job pouring gas on the fire too.
On my way home tonight they played an audio clip of a women from some organization (I honestly don’t remember which one). She said in a distressed and dramatic voice that the guy was murdered and that “Black people aren’t safe in Minnesota!!!”

My personal opinion is that resisting arrest and dragging police down a freeway is hazardous to your health.

    Maybe even to white people??

There is this sweet new invention on all trucks. Most cars too, but it is an arrow on the dash that points left or right. Should find it right around the radio or if you have a real sweet truck it might be on your steering wheel. If you push it. Wait for it…..It changes the channel. Push it again and it changes the channel again.
Hold it down and it gets all sorts of crazy on you.

Vehicles have this sweet new thing too. When police pull you over, put the car on P and leave it there….

C rated tires are rare but if you can get them for a 1/2 ton I’d get them if I’m hauling heavier stuff or going off road. E is way overkill on 1/2 ton.

But then again, this is IDO. Bigger is always best.

Why are E rated tires overkill?

Just buy a blue Jackson metal wheelbarrow. Use them every day of the week. Hauling concrete and other heavy things. This is the first time I think I 100 percent disagree with grouse. Never go 2 wheels and buy a Jackson. They do not tear or rust easily. I use them daily for the last 15 years.

100% agree. Ask any concrete guy. They beat the living urine out of wheelbarrows and every single one of them will tell you the same.

So what’s the fascination of going out at midnight?

Tradition? Can’t wait to get on the walleyes?

I could see when a guy is in his 20’s, maybe in his 30’s.

But when you’re 40, 50 years old and you still need to go out at midnight?

I don’t get it…I’d be wrecked for the next 2 days, if not more and it would totally ruin my weekend..

I can tell you’ve never hit a good corking walleye bite on Mille lacs at midnight.

He never stuck his leg out that’s not a major. Fitting they now call a cross check against the wild but never against Dallas.

he also didnt pull it back at all… TNT guys going to break it down between periods

So players need to move their legs out of the way of other players now? That makes no sense. He didn’t extend the leg. Not a five.

Hate to say it but Dallas looks terrible. Wild look good but if you watch Dallas they look sluggish. It’s should really be 5-1.

The physical play is making a huge difference.

That’s the key. Play physical the entire game. Wild win.

I’ve got an opportunity to buy a 36V Vantage at a great price…but does it make sense on my boat? I’ve got a Terrova up front with spot lock as well.

I’ve typically only seen Vantages on tillers but if it can come in handy on my boat Id like to hear your thoughts.

save that money for engine replacement…

A good way to shoot yourself in the foot for any sponsorship opportunities IMO. The tech companies are in the driver seat for the tournament world.

    Run, before it’s too late!

    …just kidding

Beyond the SVB situation, more banks took some pretty heavy loses in trading today. I’m not someone who thinks banks aren’t safe, but now with crooked politicians from both sides of the aisle giving assurances even more people will be nervous. The best thing they could’ve done is NOT bring it up.

As always, the government (taxpayers) will bail everyone out….

Gummie I agree also they should do that to Nanne. I know he has done it for years but enough is enough. They have to put Nanne out to pasture!!!

No freaking way. Nanne is an icon. I’ll really miss him announcing these games when he’s gone.

Just got done recently building our new home and GC’ing the project myself. We went with a floating slab single level with a 8/12 vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/living area. We always wanted a wall of windows with a view of the lake.

Take time planning and think about everything 3 times lol. Crazy how many times we changed our minds on something and how many things we would already of wanted to do differently.

One big factor to the design would be if you are planning on using year round. If your doing a floating slab, you’ll be installing infloor and running it all winter to keep frost away. I am in the plumbing/HVAC industry and you can PM me system questions. We went with an infloor system with central air, also an Aprilaire and ERV. Total comfort and humidity control. Also did a side arm tank from the boiler to heat our hot water. Much more efficient than a water heater.

Other things I would definitely surrounding our hobbies that we incorporated. Tall sidewalls in the garage, tallest garage doors you need (if you plan on another wheelhouse), 18’ wide double door, insulated and heated with infloor, garage walls and ceiling lined with pole barn tin, floor drain, ceiling fans in the garage, 30 amp RV outlet, hot water spigot with hose reel, and a utility sink in the garage.

    X 100

Stick built slab on grade with in floor heat. Split the garage and living quarters 50/50. Mini splits in both garage and living side for AC. Simple and cheap….ish.

Bought 8lb test lost 2 jig raps this week on the crud. First I thought is was a bad knot. Tried again another rap gone. Pulled 20dt out test drag snap goes the line. Those rapulas are gold especially when you have the right color for where your fishing. Also replace trembles on the raps lost 3 nice walleyes from broken hooks. It maybe because I’m using the small raps 1’1/2 , but that’s what the walleye want. Luckily I stocked up on that Size and color. Time to restock.

I had the same problem with P-Line. I will never buy another spool.

Aqua Seal. I use it on my waders.

I used aqua seal for the same exact thing you are trying to fix on a pair of lacrosse boots. It takes a while to set but once it does, it is flexible and will not leak. Going on two years with a patch on a place that flexes ALOT and no issues.

Haven’t been by the popular lakes by me in the SW metro, but did venture out on a pond this weekend while hunting and quickly backed off of it. More cracking than I was comfortable with.

I had the same thing while pheasant hunting this weekend. Ice was sketchy at best.

Waited two hours and went back. He was right there where I left him. The limp: his left scapula is sideways, pointing out. Car strike?

So since the cork is out of the bottle: pretty sure you can’t shoot a deer, wounded or not, after legal. In case I missed that detail, it was well after dark when I first took up the trail. I tried calling the CO…good luck finding the phone number. (We have a new one. I’ll non-emergency call and get his cell for the future.)

Thats a good idea. Most of the time the Warden will let you dispatch a wounded animal after dark.

    “Headshot, problem solved.”

He said” Shot a buck with my muzzle loader this evening.” Maybe he wants the head/rack.

He also said, “I’ve seen this buck before, it’s smaller than I’d like to shoot but it was limping bad.”

Head/rack shouldn’t matter. Dispatch an animal as quickly as possible.

Don’t shoot another round in him with a muzzleloader from close up. There’s a humungous muzzle blast and you’ll end up tearing the thing apart. I wouldn’t wait either because of the coyotes. Got a bow? Take that and dispatch it.

    Headshot, problem solved.

We run 8 Noco’s at work. They are great. Warranty is as well if you have problems. We use them daily.

Psi on that unit is going to be minimal. Tracks really help spread the weight out.
