Had a new Grand Sport on order in the fall of 1965. They dropped the draft age down to 19 so I had to cancel my order. That’s the closes I’ve been to owning one.

Coming out of my room at the Parkway Motel in Red Wing I noticed another boat in the lot. It had a http://WWW.Fishtheriver sticker on it. Got home and checked it out. Really miss RiverEyes and his pictures.

    Well here’s a question??

If religious posts are band from the forum, why is there a devil emoji? Isn’t that a little religious devil ?

    No God or Jesus emoji?
Good question, they seem to be pushed out of every where in America these days. Suppose that’s why America is in the shape it’s in?
    Simple question.

If the winds coming from the west or north, you might want to do something else that day.

The water level fluctuates, but they do a good job of marking the channel. I’d love to have a camper up there. High school classmate of mine has a trailer there and spends the whole summer there. Didn’t know that until I went there with a group.

I’ve been to Ken Mar Ke and hopefully will get back there again sometime. I think I’ve been the 7-8 times. Definitely go back. All times have been open water.

My 2013 Chevy does the same thing with my hitch and ball in the receiver. Just push the top button to bring back the odometer and it clears. I’m just short of 100K miles and it’s been doing it since new. Just the way it is.

I know guys that have the Shield with a round chambered, holster the gun then move the safety to the off position. They put the safety back on before they remove it.

Nice things about the 365 is excellent sights, night sights, 10 rounds with optional 12 rounds and Sig has two IWB holsters available made just for that gun.

Oh great, I just picked some up last month and haven’t taken them out of the package yet. Of course I’ve also thrown away the receipt.

Do they come with the little metal clip to hang them on the Engel bait box? I looked at one in the store but couldn’t tell and didn’t see one in the plastic bag with all the parts. Store employee didn’t know.

They are excellent bows, I have 4 of them. The bowyer was John McDonald I think from Wisconsin Rapids.

Can’t even get to a boat ramp here. The ramps are in the parks and the parks are closed.

Not too familiar with Clear Lake, but when I have gone there, the bait shops have been very helpful.

Guess I’m going to have to back the homeowner 100%. You started your video anticipating something and deliberately pushed his buttons. Next time come back with the person who gave you permission and fish with him. Problem should be solved with no drama.

Bought the 19 and got tired lifting it up into the boat so I got the 13. Luckily I had a lot of Cabela’s points.

I think there might be a dealer in Decorah, Iowa that handles both. Upper Iowa Marine?

Back in the 70’s or 80’s I bought every Dan Gapen book that was available. One of the best investments I’ve ever made in regards to fishing.

    here’s one for sale

    https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/bod/d/2001-alumacraft-lunker-165/6452456555.html

maybe call him and ask him to send a picture of the tag?

Hmmm, found this, might be 45.

Thanks HRG, gave him a call, he was going to send me a picture of the tag if it wasn’t under a snow drift. Must be too much snow, haven’t heard back. The reason I was thinking of going 50 hp was in case I would ever switch to a Classic or similar floor plan, I would use the same motor.

What are your goals for the new motor?

Alot of money to spend to save a few bucks on gas.

Fumes from backtrolling can get nauseous, do you run a good synthetic oil? Should help quite a bit with that.

The 40 Honda that I have now is a 4 stk so fumes aren’t an issue. It’s carberated and the EFI would be much better. You’re right about the a lot of money part, that’s why it’s still in the thinking stage.

It could also be a Shucks lire, although I haven’t seen one with that particular paint pattern
