    Have you checked out Iron Tap in Waconia or Golden Nugget in Minnetonka/ Eden Prairie?

    Heading back up to woman lake just after labor day, anyone been up there? Also thinking about heading over to leech for a day with my dad, wife, and son to try trolling for some muskie or walleye.

    We didn’t do a ton of fishing, but did find 6 walleye 1 night trolling after dark, couple of others during the day, found some nice sunnies shallow. Heading back up to thunder lake on the 26th. Never been there, but looks nice.

    That’s the 1 thing I haven’t consistently located up there is sunfish and perch.

    I’m heading up on Friday! Very excited! I go back the Wednesday after labor day as well. Hoping to find some sunnies for my family from Utah to chase, then I will be out after the walleye.

    Buckshot spoons also can work. Just pick your weight, I have them up to 3/4 oz, Normally use 3/8-1/2. Can drill ducer hole down current if necessary.

    Batteries don’t really work like that, depending on your Battery, it is probably “dead” at 10v.

    Most of the time they will even give over weight permits in the winter depending on bridges along the route.

    Looking at a map of the entire lake, there is great structure all over the lake with in walking distance of beaches and other accesses.
