I absolutely love my JT panhandler. Never thought that I’d drop that kind of cash for an ice fishing rod, but after 3 years no regrets! I just purchased an open water panhandler now too!

October 23, 2020 at 8:50 am #1981949i have my own grinder no stuffer as i usually bring my trimmings in.
but to answer your question, i’ve looked at LEM products, they seem to look like good equipment. not too sure if your buying both you’ll get it for under $300.00 though???
i see your from new richmond WI, happen to know a Gerald Backus??????
Sorry, Glenn I just re read the last part of your post. I’ve lived here for around 15 now, but have not crossed paths with Gerald.
October 22, 2020 at 11:49 am #1981652Never use a grinder to stuff!!!!
Unless the grinder is the motor(only) for the stuffer!
My stuffer is lem, so is grinder.
My mixer I am not sure on brand.
Why do they promote their units as both a grinder and stuffer?

It looks like some units both grind and stuff.
October 6, 2020 at 8:06 am #1977643I put the rubber nitrile gloves under a thinner work glove so my hands never get wet.
I work out side all winter and do this from about 25 degrees and downThat’s an awesome trick! Your hands don’t sweat under the rubber gloves?

Thank you,
RyanJuly 9, 2020 at 11:35 am #1956028Yep, mostly soft bottom bottom in that area. My best guess would be that 7 am should not be a problem. Hopefully you guys have a great day on the water!
July 9, 2020 at 8:01 am #1955924The launch itself is not the concern. It’s getting from the launch to the WI channel or to the head of the lake that can get a little dicey during low water periods. Water levels are up, but you should still use caution while navigating through the low water areas. Hopefully you have some mapping software for your locator.
Parking for about a dozen rigs is correct. Like anything, the early bird gets the worm.

May 4, 2020 at 1:20 pm #1939740We were good, but yes it was definitely lower than anticipated… Thanks, Jesse!
May 4, 2020 at 11:28 am #1939718Hey Tom,
It’s a good place to launch dependent upon river levels. Nice dock and amenities for $5.00. Low water levels can be trouble if you have a deep V.

April 10, 2020 at 4:13 pm #1932756Very fun format, hopefully all tournaments move in this direction.
April 2, 2020 at 1:32 pm #1930171I’m so sorry to hear this, Bob. Unfortunately this also happened to my best friend almost a year ago. https://www.odmp.org/officer/24093-conservation-officer-eugene-herman-wynn-jr Hopefully we can all learn our lesson about how important life vests are. My thoughts are with you, Adam’s family and friends.
