    I sometimes listen to country rap…

    I got nervous I almost lost a big bass through the ice yesterday…

    Maybe the former influenced the latter?…

    I don’t hunt and likely never will. In fact my favorite day of the year is deer opener because I basically have all the musky spots to myself.

    I golf about 5-6 times a year. I shoot in the mid 80’s typically. I find that as an almost 40 year old I have friends who love golf and friends who hate it. The ones who hate it do so because they are just god awful at it.

    I’ve golfed with many of them for like best ball tournaments where they just want to hang out and drink and stuff instead of a day of work. and its no wonder they hate golf. My go to questions is “are you sure you aren’t left handed?”

    So i get the hate for golf.

    OK….I hate winter. More pointedly, the snow. So Ma and I went for a ride and ended up here, enjoying a Banana Daiquiri. The island of [what else] St. Thomas.

    Couple hours there sure helped get rid of those ugly feelings about winter’s snow. 8 days of island hopping and 85 degrees or more worked wonders.

    Then we had to come home and I woke up to snow. I hate winter.

    Same. Fish the Greenhorn Tour and then masquerade as a walleye angler on Mille Lacs when the smallies aren’t readily biting…..Oh, and I golf too. Used to be a 9 handicap until I bought my boat. mrgreen
