Next time you have the boat off the trailer, spray the bunks down with silicon spray or pledge. Just don’t unhook the bow strap until your in the water

Consider himself lucky he did not get another ticket for riding on the road. There are only a couple of counties in Mn that riding on the road is legal.
March 26, 2014 at 8:05 am #1399353The ice was good on Sunday. (12-14″)and should be this weekend, its been cold up there this week.
Just watch the wind, because the shipping channel is open.
I wish I could get up there again, we didn’t catch anything but learned a lot.March 15, 2014 at 12:51 pm #1396369I don’t use the voltage alarm because if you set it to high it goes off every time you you start your engine, set it to low and its to late to do any good.
March 7, 2014 at 11:16 am #1394690Legal or not, leaving fish that you pulled out of a lake IS wanton waste. I believe what BK (and I fully agree with him)is trying to say is, Whoever would leave hundreds of dead fish lying on the ice makes us ALL look like idiots! If you pull them out TAKE THEM WITH YOU!
If the lake is open take all you can use, just don’t be a slob.March 7, 2014 at 6:00 am #1394581Maybe its a dumb question, but i’ve always thought the net in the photo is what the rules referred to as a hoop net. Maybe a hoop net is something else?
If any fish are left behind “wanton waste” there should be fines.
PS I’ve seen a video of this same thing going around on facebook, should be easy to find the culprits.February 26, 2014 at 9:38 am #1391811I don’t understand with todays wheel houses why you would leave it on the lake, especially if you don’t have the equipment to deal with severe weather.
If your house is still on the ice tomorrow your problem is going to be worse.February 3, 2014 at 5:49 pm #1385641Put a little oil in the cylinder, turn it over slowly a couple times and retest. If it’s higher you may have a ring problem. If it’s not to tough pull the exhaust off, if there’s damage it will most likely be on the exhaust side.

Fire trucks are never rusty either, neither are police cars.. etc.
. Have you ever priced out a firetruck, trust me they get washed everytime they touch a salty road. Plus most small towns need to make them last 30 yrs
January 17, 2014 at 3:04 pm #1380631most likely no, due to multiple sensors, including. accelerometers.
January 9, 2014 at 10:30 am #1378546If you haul it on another trailer, no you wouldn’t need anything but a shelter license. And you only need the shelter license if you leave it unattended.
January 6, 2014 at 1:12 pm #1377459I’ve been running that same auger this winter and I’m impressed. Its just a tad bit slower than a sm laser, but so is everything else. Starts first pull almost everytime (pulled it 4 times once before I flipped switch to on). Seems like a good deal even at the regular price.
December 25, 2013 at 8:03 am #1374113Ammo laying around going off in a fire will scare you but fireman still go in and do there job. Now if you have several loaded guns in there, your house is probably not going to make it.
December 18, 2013 at 2:06 pm #1372510Isn’t anybody going to defend the “drunkards” against Phil? Why are we only upset with what he says about gays?
December 12, 2013 at 5:35 pm #1371054EFI auger would be a great thing, but how many would be willing to plop down $1500-2 grand for one? Not this cheap skate
November 30, 2013 at 12:16 pm #1367651Sasquatch sighting in your area, don’t believe what the sheriff is saying.
November 28, 2013 at 5:48 pm #1351378My brother’s (mallard_militia)father in law took one with a 50# bow. This was from a tree stand, calling one in at ground level may be a different story.
November 7, 2013 at 7:24 pm #133726You most certainly were wrong! Why would you record it? You have live rabbit on a leash. All you need is a shock collar to get the squealing started on command.
September 22, 2013 at 12:53 pm #1196156Most common mistake people make is putting the trailer in to deep. Set the trailer so the rearmost roller are at or just below the water.

September 11, 2013 at 1:17 am #1194231Check out the new Yamaha Viking. UTV are legal to ride on the road, but not street legal. I know sounds stupid but what it means is there could be a local ordinance against it. Check your local laws.
August 26, 2013 at 3:50 am #11914412nd down and 30 and they call two 5 yd pass plays? Its preseason, could you try going deep? Ponder isn’t taking this team anywhere.
July 23, 2013 at 1:06 am #118495024:1 was probably the original recommendation but 2 stroke oils of the 50’s was alot different than today’s. A 50:1 mixture would be plenty of oil. Just fog it before storage
