Randy that makes a lot of sense, I get a bite/nibble on a certain color/profile and I’m stuck to that bait. Subtle changes, subtle changes
Do you have a vid of the full seminar?

Oh Mike, you are in my prayers. With modern medicine and doctors you will feel like a new person after your surgery. It’s normal to feel anxious but focus on your new beginning.
1Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

God Bless the hands of All those involved in your care and surgery and give you the strength, courage and faith to pass these turbulent waters.

Moxie good luck this weekend hope the weather holds out. What is your bait of choice? If you need some help I might be able to help.

It’s on for Saturday if you still want to come out. This will be the warmest day of year yet.

Very nice Joe. Let’s hope the cats are going this weekend!

In all the years and begging to have Brian take me out to catch a shovelnose, he has never obliged. If he weren’t so cute I’d hate him.

    Nice fish by the way!

Those are abundant in the Missouri River, I’d say a lot more than cats.

    Ralph,

This is an easy and great recipe- sorry Moxie, no offense but I have just not found a piƱa colada mix I like. I found something a little different in the drink isle at Our groceries store and it really worked well.

    Thanks

None taken Ralph, If that’s a mix there I’ll give it a try

First time I did this a few years back I actually jumped when I closed my eyes.

I must have thought it was my time.

Bait of choice is nightcrawler and shad but I do dabble with stinky stuff too, sonnys and sudden impact.
Thanks for the offer, not sure if the weather will hold for Sat.

We’ll be on the Nebraska side across Iowa and SD on the left. I think it’s the mouth of the Sioux River?

All great advice guys, I was trying to avoid swivel tying. We have a fishing night coming up this wknd. for church and I wanted a fast way to setup lines for the kids in the church.
So I can concentrate on my fishing..lol.

You have 6 until the tips are fixed.

A tip(before throwing a crank) I tried out yesterday was to throw out a jig and to see how deep the water is and if it’s too shallow and lose a jig, not a biggie.

btw Kevin if it’s 400 for a crank I may as well dive in and spear the fish

Recently I brought my 2 teenage soon to be step-daughters down and spent the day on the water with them. They had an absolute blast even though the fishing was slower than usual.

There you go, the girls will not remember the bickering dad but will the time you spent with them on the water. I think you’re doing an amazing job with your new family.

How deep do these shallow cranks dive? There are a lot of spots where I’d like to throw cranks but always getting snagged.

A similar bill was introduced in the Iowa Legislature last year but didn’t make it out of committee.
