Thank you gentlemen. I appreciate the input. I now have some idea what I will offer, probably somewhere in the $3,000 range. The motor is low hours, but the boat, I believe has been sitting outside, so the carpet and floor are not mint. Once again, thanks for the input.

We have found them over the weeds in 12-16 fow using a 16 oz. jig and tube bodies. We slow troll jigs until we get a hit and then sit/drift and cast.
December 15, 2012 at 3:28 pm #1120660We only had 3 inches on the lake I live near here in the Aitkin area. It is currently raining, now turning to slush/snow. Not going to help the lake at all. Just read the Red Door post. That one sounds what more likely will happen. I like that one.

Thought I even heard one politician say she was even going to get them back under $2
IF I could actually make that happen, I think I could get elected (or anyone else.) What people won’t say to get elected.
With out a plan made public, this totally discredits the person making these claims.
That was Michelle Bachman.

That sounds about right for Aitken Minnesota
Are you talking about Aitken or Aitkin????
June 30, 2011 at 3:01 am #977369Twin Pines would be a good choice. The Enos try to do the best they can for anyone. We have had groups go there and they have made extra efforts to do well by us. You may be able to deal with them for a group. Good luck. I don’t think you will regret it.
June 23, 2011 at 9:31 pm #975841Where will you be teaching???? I know we have a few openings in Aitkin. Congratulations!!!!!!!!
June 15, 2011 at 1:33 am #973371Good luck. I would be interested in knowing how you do up there. I was up there in the mid 70’s and haven’t had a chance to go back since (
). Loved it!!!

December 16, 2010 at 2:42 am #917605Don’t emember if this is on I35 or even near there but there used to be a McDonald’s restaurant (is that the right word?) that spanned the highway on the way to Tulsa OK. Kinda cool for the kids.
December 16, 2010 at 2:28 am #917596Two years ago my two sons took time out of their careers to come home and fish with dad. We went to Mille Lacs one evening in June and proceeded to catch and release 90, count ’em 90, smallmouth. That was the best time the three of us have had fishing. Very memorable for dad, just me and my boys.
December 15, 2010 at 1:46 am #917302If you really want to see how they are reacting and what to do to get them to bite, get yourself a camera. I bought one this fall (Marcum VS 380) and have really been having an experience watching what they do and what they can be coaxed into doing. What a learning experience.
