Fished Garrison area friday and saturday. Picked up a few nice walleyes in the waves on Friday pulling salmo hornets in 6-10ft. Saturday was a little slower only managed one decent walleye in a few hours of trolling but lots of smallies. Should’ve pry tried a lil deeper with the calm water.

Spent last couple days chasing walleyes on mille lacs. Lots of little ones but did manage a few nice ones. We picked up a 19 and a 24″er mixed in amongst the little ones out in the basin on 07-25, and on 07/26 we again caught lots of little ones but managed a 17 “er and a nice 27″er trolling near some flats. Both big fish came on a hot steel shad rap and all were caught in the evening. We fished from about 7pm-7am Friday night into saturday and kept 8 between the two of us. We had five short ones also and missed and lost several. Best lure was to keep changing it up. Pretty much everything came on plastics but several different colors. It was a beautiful night!

We are headed up tommorow. We’re staying at the red door. Won’t be up till about dark. We will be in a white and black ranger angler if you see us say hi! Good luck to ya!

Sry got a full boat but feel free to touch base with me when you get up on friday. We will be up Thursday thru sunday. I’ll do my best to steer ya in a direction if we have any luck Thursday!
