Not to be that guy but is all that live bait really necessary? You could probably catch just as many on plastics. Those fish don’t get much pressure up there

Rogers Arena was absolutely ROCKING in Vancouver last night. That was probably the loudest playoff crowd I’ve watched in a while, especially when they scored the second goal in like 20 seconds to take the lead. Glad to see the Nucks are back in the playoffs.
I’d go a little earlier than 2020/2021. We all remember what happened there with parts and supply chain shortages. I think a 2018/2019 would be a safer option.
Go with a Tacoma. Most reliable midsize, hands down. They look the best in my opinion. I have a 2016 and have literally never had an issue
Anybody have the link to that video? Would be interesting to watch
Fleury was nothing short of abysmal, but this game is on Hynes for not starting Gus. Between coming off a shutout+relief and Fleury getting lit up last game, there was literally 0 reason to start Fleury.
Always start the better goalie.
Could’ve gone worse I guess. We kinda stole a point there.
Johansson makes me sigh every time he hops on the ice
New Birds are known to do this. It’s been a problem for several years now.
Your only option is to send it in. I only buy used birds because of that same problem
4 points behind Vegas and LA right now. VGK has a game in hand, LAK has 2.
Also, the team looks so much better with Foligno out there. I think he has that Fleury effect where everyone plays better when he’s in the lineup.
I think I went through every emotion watching that game. If it was his call, Hynes earned my respect with that decision. It shows the guys that they’re all in on chasing the playoffs, no matter how dim it seems.
I hate that he doesn’t show emotion like Deano did, but I don’t think it hurts either to have a coach that retains his composure like Hynes does.
The Wild currently sit 6 points out of a playoff spot behind both Vegas and Los Angeles. VGK has played 1 less game than the Wild and LAK have played 2 less. The Wild still have to play those teams twice each before the end of the season.
The Wild have some very winnable games coming up, with 10 of their remaining 17 games against teams below them in the standings. 3 of those are against potential Wild Card teams (2 vs St Louis, 1 vs Seattle).
I think in order to make the playoffs, they have to steal some games against those tougher teams. They play Colorado (2x), and Winnipeg (1x) in addition to the silver and gold teams.
It’s gonna be a battle, but I don’t think it’s over quite yet.
I feel like you guys argue to just to argue lol
Team looks like they finally woke up. I remember someone crying on here about this certain string of games and now we magically won some! Crazy how that works.
The team is now sitting 3 points out of a wild card spot. Before yesterday’s win we had a projected 18.2% to end up in the ploffs. There’s certainly going to be a battle for the final 1/3 of the season, but if we keep playing anywhere near the level we’re currently playing at, I think we can sneak into the postseason.
Wishful thinking but if we get WC2, we end up playing Vancouver, who I don’t think is going to last long in the playoffs. We probably won’t be the ones to knock them out, but it’s nice to have a what-if scenario right?
Do yourself a favor and sell your K-Drill. Will never understand why people run them with the other available options on the market.
Chipper blades are such a waste
Unless we see a big turnaround from the guys in the next couple games, I don’t see a reason to try and stay competitive this season. We might as well cut our losses and sell at the deadline and try and move up the lottery.
Kaprizov’s success over the last couple years has really made rebuilding hard. Trying to build a team with 70 million in cap isn’t easy.
Find the deepest side of the weedline and sit there from dusk onward

This was my first season with my own boat and I couldn’t have asked for a better year.
Countless fish over 4 pounds, 2 over 5, and one over 7. I’d be surprised if I ever see a fish that size again. Can’t wait to see what next year brings!
Congrats on the new boat. You put it to great use and had a hell of a year. What area do you live. If in Minnesota a 7 Lb. fish may be hard to top. Not many 7 Lb. fish caught each year here in Minnesota. That is a true trophy.
I’m originally from the cities but I go to school in Bemidji now.
My two biggest fish I caught this season were 250 miles apart but both in Minnesota. That seven ate a frog, one five was on a frog, and the other five was on a jackhammer. I did a lot better fishing shallow than deep this year
Big yellow one went 7.18lbs x 21.5”
26.27 was also my biggest 5 ever.

I’ll never understand the dedication behind St Croix rods.
I’ve owned 5 Croixs in my lifetime (Mojo casting, Mojo spinning, BassX casting, Triumph spinning, Victory casting) and have mixed feelings. They tend to be on the heavier side, and lack great sensitivity. The one thing Croix still has going for them is their warranty program, which is one of the best in the industry imo.
One thing that I’ve noticed is that St Croix hasn’t changed with the times. They’ve been using the same blanks for decades now, and haven’t stepped up quality in the mid price range. I say this because a lot of companies now make a better rod than Croix does at the same or lower price point. I’ve sold 4/5 of mine but still hold onto the mojo bass for a backup rod.
Daiwa, Shimano, and even 13 Fishing have gapped St Croix in terms of bang for the buck at every price point. Won’t be buying another St. Croix unless they finally decide to push innovation instead of living in the past.
