I saw a post from 2015 of a guy on here “icenutz” i believe was his handle. He made and sold home made tip downs. Is he still around and does he still make them?

Yes. Hes around and he still sells the tip downs. Great product! Do a member search and send him a p.m.
I’m still making them if the poles are available. I’m going to make a few phone calls today and will post them for sale if I can get the poles.
Poles are ordered so I will have them available in about 10 days
Whats a tip down?
Been using Tip Downs for crappies and perch the past 4 to 5 years. They are deadly. Especially when you can use 3 lines and spread them out a bit. They are sensitive as heck. As soon as you see the tip move you better get moving before the tip hits the hole. Amazing how many people are in awe when they watch you put on a clinic with them.
With 3 guys and 3 tip ups each we create a spread pattern to locate fish. Deadly. Don’t tell anybody.
Cost is $25 Shipped
I’m very interested. How do these bad boys work ?
Bearcat,
As in the pictures the pole rests in the frame at roughly a 45 degree angle. When a fish pulls the pole down you run over and set the hook and hand line the fish in.
The frame folds flat for storage.
Thanks guys for the recent orders.
