Yep app picks up every other Bluetooth device in the house including a different brand lithium starting battery. A new one is being delivered tomorrow from amped. Will report back
Android phone, correct app, Location & Bluetooth on. It should be simple but somethings not right. I’ve even tried a diff Android phone. Great customer service from amped. Just contacted them yesterday and already willing to ship out a new battery today
For the guys that bought the amped 24v have u had any trouble connecting it to the app? I can’t get mine to even show up on Bluetooth. Amped is willing to ship me a new one but want to make sure I’m not missing something first.
Thanks
I have other quality rods collecting dust. These are new and worth more. Also had a few of them break when I don’t think they should have. The 6’9″ was my fault being stepped on and the 7′ broke on a snag.
Nice fish. I’ve been getting skunked from shore lately but going to keep trying.
Found a few at the confluence tonight. First time out this year, absolutely wonderful to feel the the smack to the plastic.
After dark?
Why limit the fun?? The tug is the drug.
Limit the kill instead.

I got skunked from shore last night using plastics. Plenty of bait fish around
I use a 125 a.h. ionic lithium to run a 9″ and 10″ Garmin w livescope. Also starts a 90hp Suzuki. I charge it in the spring and maintain it over the winter. Never had a problem or ran out of power.
They are nice but mine leaked a little in the knees and seat after a year of heavy use. I contacted striker and their sending me out a new pair. Great customer service. They are lightweight and warm but the knee pads are a joke and I question the durability. I wish Simms made a float suit
My ion alpha batteries have done that before. Always happened when I used the same battery for multiple days w/o charging. Also stored outside in the cold. Not sure of the exact cause but I don’t think it has anything to do w ice conditions.
Does anyone know why the flow is up right now. It’s been a while since all that rain. Im a rookie at the river and trying to learn. Thanks
3lb ice magic for panfish. Haven’t found a floro or mono that doesn’t suck for eyes

Don’t kid yourself. Just because fish return to the bottom doesn’t mean they’ll survive. Fish suffering from barotrauma can look fine but have injuries including things like eversion, prolapse, torsion and volvulus of the stomach, hemorrhaging of internal organs, hematomas, and loss of vision that may all reslut in delayed mortality. By the way, reeling up a fish slowly doesn’t do a bit of good to negate the effects of barotrauma.Listen to what the DNR tells you about barotrauma instead of some joker on the internet.
Did you watch the videos? Both experiments had flaws, no doubt.
The mm dnr’s experiment was very flawed in my opinion. Aaron explains that very well in his video. I agree and remember thinking the same when I watched the video from angling buzz and the dnr.
Avoiding deep water is still the best practice.
In this case I’d take that jokers knowledge and advice over what the DNR is offering.
X2. I’ve ran into a lot of clowns working for the dnr
Looks like the otter resort is more comparable besides price. I didn’t know clam started making HD shacks. I think either one would work out great.
Otter will be more heavy duty in most categories. It will also weigh more

I like the looks of this
40k would be awesome but don’t think its doable after being fully rigged. 18ft aluminum tillers get well over that after rigging.
