What Pro or Bass celebrity would you like to fish with for a day?
I think Mark Zona would be fun and KVD for knowledge, both fishing Smallmouth.

PJ Vick in the air boat on the Miss.
Close second would be James on lake Nipigon for gators
Anyone of the IDO guys fishing anything. That’s just me because I love the Midwest area for fishing.
Not even a close choice for me. Al Lindner – i think he is the Greatest Of All Time
Tony Dean, if he was still around. He had a great voice and fished the Dakotas quite a bit.
I think any of the the IDO gang would be a good time on the water.I would love to do an ice trip with PJ.
I think Zona would be a fun trip on the water and after the boats on the trailer and a beer in hand.
Not even a close choice for me. Al Lindner – i think he is the Greatest Of All Time
I love listening and watching Al Lindner fishing and wouldn’t mine sharing a boat with him. I had better be able to leave afterwards because I’m not sitting in a chair and listening to Bible stories when the trip is done. My idea afterward is
Would Aaron Wiebe be considered a pro? If so, i’ll head out with him. Despite his eccentricities, he’s one hell of a multi-species fisherman.
Dutch, I like your two choices. I could go along with them. I’ve always wanted tho fish with Al Lindner. I think Jeremy Smith would be very insightful too. For a bass pro, I think Brandon Palaniuk would be great to share a boat with.
Not all “pros” but these are the guys and scenarios I’d jump to fish with.
Jay Siemens or Clayton Schick for ice fishing lake trout (both on YouTube).
Any of the IDO crew for a day chasing tanker Idaho or Dakota’s perch through the ice.
Open water I would say any of the IDO crew for a day of muskie fishing, I’d take a fall trip vertical jigging. I’d fish with Al Linder for walleyes or big panfish.
Dutchy for sure. We could rant about the kardashians and catch big smallies at the same time.
For serious fishing:
Fresh water- Al or Jim Lindner, James Holst, Jason Mitchell
Salt water- Carter Andrews, Rob Fordyce, Flip Pallot
For just with the guys:
Aaron Weibe, Justin Rackley, and Rob Terkla. Yea a couple of Googan Squad guys but I think those 2 are pretty decent.
John Hoyer’s about as dialed in as any freshwater fisherman right now, so that’d be my pick.
I’d fish along side Jacob Wheeler for a Bass Pro, that kid is always at the top of the game, no matter the lake or conditions.
Al Lindner for smallies on the upper Mississippi
Steve Pennaz throwing crankbaits for largemouth and/or walleyes
James Holst to learn the finer points of hair-jigging topped off with an end of day Balvenie
A day on Guntersville with Swindle to work on my redneck dialect
Fishing anywhere with Iaconelli so we can scream “Giant” on every hook-set
Roland and Scott Martin.
Something tells me Roland might be a dick in person or annoying to actually fish with. Scott seems like a cool dude.
My error – Dave Koonce with the hovercraft. I’d share a boat with PJ though, especially if he wore the bunny boots.
