If we get lucky this weekend, is there a place
1. nearby
2. that will take a whole deer
3. on Sunday night or Monday morning
4. that will do a good job cutting steaks, chops, and making summer sausage
????
I have outlived the local butcher who used to do it in his garage and I have tried a couple of places just inside Wisconsin that did not overly please me.
