Clear Lake Iowa Lodging

    I’m planning to take my old man up to Clear Lake this year as a Christmas Present and have a question for anybody who knows much about the area.

    We were looking for recommendations on hotel and how we would clean fish if we were to stumble into some. We’re not getting a guide and will be on our own so just wanted to see if anyone knee where we would be able to clean fish if we’re not using a guide.

    Contact Clear Lake Bait and Tackle, they should have all the info you need or maybe the Chamber of Commerce.

    bassh8er,

    My son in law and I are also spending a few days the end of Feb ice fishing the Clear Lake area, and we too are looking for places to stay that will allow us to clean fish or a place in town that has a fish cleaning service. Were you able to find anything?
