December 29, 2012 at 4:32 am #112494818 feet was the first second 22.. I believe they like gulp…because gulping they did.
December 27, 2012 at 3:06 pm #1124327Better replace it and not have to worry about larger bill in the future.
December 10, 2012 at 9:23 pm #1119256I use a couple of the limit creeks one for dragging jigs and I personally love the 8 ‘ 3 for trolling my cranks. Both shad raps and for pullin three ways with raps. Highly recommend them….
December 7, 2012 at 9:10 pm #1118480I’m gonna start cutting them if they don’t stay off my jigs. There is an over abundance of flatheads on pool 3…..and pool 4… Don’t tell me they don’t bite in cold water that’s crap….
October 31, 2011 at 11:25 am #1005345It was a good time Jessi thanks you for hosting the tourney. We used blades, hair jigs, cranks and minnows the fish had not pattern so we threw everything in the book at them. Nice job to the winners!!!! See ya next year.
October 27, 2011 at 3:50 pm #1004561Stay away from the walleyes BK the cats are still biting somewhere out there.
October 27, 2011 at 12:44 pm #1004519Moreyes remember that each lure is a line out so if your state says 1 pole per person like Minnesota than it would not be legal to use more than one on minnesota inland waters. Now if on the border waters he could use 2 lures on it just like I do for the D rig. But that would be 2 poles for me. I believe the cheese state is 3 rods per person so he could get away with one more there. He is just looking for bass so it does not matter anyway lol. Every state has differnt rules when I lived out in Virginia and went on ocean we could use as many poles as we wanted, not sure if it changed out there yet. I moved from there 13 years ago. Good luck out there!!!
September 18, 2011 at 1:41 am #995518I went down below traveled alot of the water my buddy Gordon is from that area and new a launch we could go out of. there was nothing easy about finding them. I always like to check new parts of river out since I fish the croix and pools 2 – 10 all year.
September 11, 2011 at 1:03 am #994120You will get most of your cranks back if you use that strong line. I usually give slack for 15 seconds and alot of times it will come out. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!1
August 27, 2011 at 2:51 pm #991334The youngest one is going to be something she is like her dad she lives for it. good luck out there Drew.
July 29, 2011 at 12:55 pm #984824There are willow cats and then there are stone cats I believe you might be seing stone cats imo. They are in alot of streems where the actual willows(mad toms) are in select ones. If you wanted to know they dont have a long life expectancy they normally live a little over 2 years. You need to read the regs before you go to certian areas to try and catch them. Good luck…
June 19, 2011 at 12:26 am #974274Im on the same side as (Sauger) i have been down there the last 2 days and produced lots of saugers with lead on the same depth you were in. good luck.
May 9, 2011 at 12:52 pm #964396You hit it on the head. The fish are going to start heading to their summer haunts, wing dams, sloughs, holes how ever you catch them. As for wing dams you will need to start fishing the insindes of them till the water drops. The crank baits will pick up real soon with the temps rising. Good luck.
April 26, 2011 at 1:58 am #960503How big is your boat? I would not take the 12 over a 24 it is a step down. boat control is a major factor to catching fish in my opinion. If it gets windy the battery on the 12 volt will die fast. I have had my batteries for my 24 volt last for 2 days without charge. good luck with your choice.
