These lights are really great and easy to setup.

I use sports tape. It works great and lasts for a long time without coming loose.
Here is my new beauty, just brought her home today!!!
I am buying a new boat and was offered the Platinum protection plan as an upgrade for $600 from my dealer. This essentially extends the manufacturer warranty from 3 years to 5 years. Figured for that amount of money it was worth it, and this was on a Verado motor.
Yea, I’m really looking at the 2017’s as I like the changes that they have made. Different front deck, more rod storage in the center, wider beam. I have already played several dealers against each other and have saved quite a bit.
I would also like to add that you should check all parts of the livewell when you come in from fishing for the day. Happened to me recently we were on a fishing trip and came in from from fishing. Thought I had counted 4 fish in the well. Get in and only find 3 fish. Oh well must have miscounted. Get home from the trip and did not clean out the boat until a few days later to find the missing fish had been thrown in on the bait bucket side. PHEW what a smell!!
I am not sure of the exact hours on the motor, but it has had minimal use each year.
The Eskimo hub that I have also says to pop out the sides first and then the roof last. Reverse order for taking it down.
I got the new Eskimo 6120i 6 sided insulated shelter for 320 from Reeds. Can’t wait to get out on the ice and try it out.
It was an outfitter from Montana that had a booth. He was matching anyones price, but no tax. Marine General had it for 575. So he matched it.
There are some good prices on them at the show. I picked one up for $575 out the door.
I just got back from a trip there. The ice was about 18 – 20″. The fishing was slow, but we iced a lot of fish. Did not have to go far out at all. Stayed shallow everyday in about 8 – 12 feet of water.
Did not buy a sled from him, but I did find a very good deal on brand new trailer. Was very easy to buy from. Would highly recommend him.
I just started having the same issue with my 2.5 yr old X510C. Sounds like I need to go and invest in a a new ducer to hopefully fix the problem. It’s always fun when your out fishing and your equipment takes a poop on you.
I have the MK 330 in my boat and it has worked great. Only had one problem with it, one bank quit working on it. Sent it back into Minnkota and they sent me a brand new one to replace it. Fast turn around time too. So even with the problem I have been happy that it is installed in the boat.
I have the same thing happening on a 2007 Impala. It has been in the shop a couple of times. The first time they said there was nothing wrong. The second time they replaced the control switch, now two months later it is doing it again. Thank god it is a company car so I don’t have to foot the bill.
You know as fast as you get different things it sure makes it hard to keep up with the Jones’ around here. Your new ride makes me really want to get something differnt myself, but need to work on a new tow rig first before I can upgrade the boat. Congrats on the new ride I hear she is a beauty.
I am doing better, but have no results on passing it. They say it is only about 3mm big so should be coming out on its own. Yea, they kept telling me that it is like child birth also. They do have some great fast acting drugs so I was greatful for that one. No big rollers, just a calm day on the river, but not enough fluids so I was a little dehydrated. Doc says he sees a lot of this when the weather warms up. So to everyone out there drink plenty of water to help yourself try and avoid this painful ordeal.
I have a 1700 Explorer and have the charger mounted right inside the compartment with the trolling batteries. Doing this I used the extension cable to reach back to the starting battery. It fits nice and neat in the compartment and is out of the way.
Just returned my FL-12 to the store yesterday and ordered up one of these. Too good a deal to pass up. Now if there was only still some ice to use it on.
