Coletrain, who made the venison ring bologna for you, I don’t recall that as an option at the butcher. Dish looks great by the way.

Make it at home, it’s really easy

I have thought about it. Do not have any of the equipment or a good space to set it up.

Kitchen table is all a guy needs. Maybe try and get in with a group who does it, ( if that interests you). That’s what I did because I can’t pay people to do jobs I can do my self. And after 2 years I got all my own stuff and do it all at home. Cuts the cost down to almost nothing and is a fun weekend

I get mine made at Millville valley meats. I hunt pretty close to there and it’s the best ring bologna I’ve found so far.

Sirloin Tip steak (underrated cut!) with roasted potatoes and veggies. And some chicken thighs on charcoal and applewood last night.

Ha! I do love ketchup, but that is a hard no for me on steak. On the rare side of medium rare is all the “sauce” I need.

What else you got on there, peppers and pineapple? Grilled pineapple is so good. I always put those on kabobs.

I do like a good kabob – those look great!

I like to brush some BWW jerk sauce on a couple as they grill – I leave the rest bbq sauce for the family.

Bacon wrapped filet, shrimp and tinfoil taters all off the kettle. Doesn’t get much better for Dads day!

Chicky over charcoal. Hickory chips thrown on the coals.

No katchup was harmed either. BBQ sauce either for that matter. Got a hard time adding that to charcoal grilled chicken.

Honestly I don’t know. It was some fancy one I hadn’t used or heard of before. I chopped up and added a oinion to it and 3 jalapeños. Simmered that for a hour or so. It turned out delicious. And yes it was very messy. Lots of napkins

I do have a long beard lol, and my kids like to tell me I have sauce in my beard every bite I take. I tell them to be quiet and let me enjoy my food. Tell me when I’m not eating any more if I missed a piece.

I’ll look at the jar when I get home. It was very good, I did a spicy batch and regular for the kids.
