    I recently had an experience with Wildgame cameras that I thought was worthy of passing along. I had two cameras that failed with power issues. In both cases, the 2 of 17 cameras that I run had the batteries run dead, then would not power up with new batteries. The customer support without any hesitation, issued the RN # to me. Sent them off via USPS flat rate and had the NEW cameras at my door in less than a week of the original call.

    From my experience, wildgame innovations customer support is very good! Very pleased with their customer service!

    I just got off the phone with them. I’m considering purchasing one of their action cameras and couldn’t find the info I needed online. After a 5 minute hold, my questions were answered promptly.
