I would think if you are “fishing” you should have a current “fishing” license. Plain dumb….then to try to cover it up by buying one on-line…. they got what they deserved.

Rules are rules, but why does someone that is not fishing need a license?
It was clearly written in the rules. When you are talking fish of this size and fight, it is not uncommon to have 2 or more people “catch” the fish. That is why I am sure they have everyone licensed. Then there is no question as to who actually caught it, after all, it was for a million bucks !!!!
