Great Customer Service

    I would like to share with you the great customer service with Eskimo. I had bought some hi-fax for my fish house because I was going to Lake Superior for lake trout. I received it on Friday but the screws were missing in the box. I called to see if I could

    get the screws on Saturday. They called every delivery service known to man nobody would guarantee Saturday delivery. Lana from HR over heard my dilemma and said she was going to see her daughter in St Paul and she would meet me in the cities Saturday morning. At 10: am I had my screws and made a new friend. I think when companies

    in the fishing industry go above and beyond the norm. We should share are experience

    with everybody in the fishing community. Thanks again for the GREAT customer service.

    Very nice! We are quick to jump on companies when the service is poor (I do it too) so it is nice to hear the good stuff too.
