black river

    anybody have any info about the black river thinkin on givin it a try.anything is a plus

    Wish I could help you out Kevin but if I get out it is usually on the Chippewa or Red Cedar. I haven’t been out lately on these either. I checked out the river earlier (bike riding) and it sure looked good. I could see baitfish breaking the surface on the far shore. Smallies probably, it’s getting time to get after them. Steve

    Shoot Hougie a pm. He might be able to help you. He fishies out of La Crosse and I do belive thats where the Black river dumps in at. There again I’m not to sure where you are in relation to the mouth is.
