Freezer is full. Another good season

    We spent 7 hours yesterday butchering and grinding and cutting meat. Back hurts real bad last night but looking at the freezer it was a successful season at my house. Freezer packed full plus another 90 lbs of ground venison for sausage and brats. My cold smoker will be busy this weekend. Hope you meat hunters did good as well.

    Back sure is tender but dang it feels good to have it all done. Now we have to buy 90 lbs of pork and make sausage in a week or 2

    Just filled my small freezer with .99/# hyvee pork 2 weeks ago. Ready to go. Starting with #50 of summer this week, #50 of snack stix next week.
