Where are you guys locating walleye ( depth, structure, ect..) in lakes this time of year?

That’s a really good question. I’ve been to 9 lakes since opener and haven’t found one eye. Sure found the snakes though. Making the 5 hour trek to red doesn’t seem feasible either. Spent this winter rereading lindners walleye wisdom. The 1.5 million stocked seem to vanish. Help me too.
May 27, 2014 at 11:20 am #1412404I finally found a few this weekend, it was on a shallow lake (only 14′ at the deepest), just off the weed line. With the smaller lakes warming faster, it seems the bite has turned on quicker on these lakes.
