Driving conditions on the lake

    Heading out to Waconia this weekend, wondering if anyone will be driving out on the lakes at all this weekend with this weather we are having.

    I’m sure there will be, there were a lot of people driving all over earlier this week.

    I am sure there will be as well, my buddy I decided we will just make the walk out.

    I was out last Sunday and PU’s were hauling wheel houses everywhere.
    I’ll be on the ATV out there this Sunday.
    I was markin all afternoon with no takers, i’m changing strategy this time.

    I haven’t been out there yet this season usually wait till I can drive on. hopefully will get on a decent spot this weekend.

    In Towne Marina just posted that it is slippery but there is 15-19″ of ice.

    ah ok, thanks for the info I am not on facebook so I wouldn’t know to check there haha but I appreciate it. I feel a lot better driving out now

    40s really does not melt a lot of ice, but of course makes things sloppy.
