Alma or Winona Boat Landing Status

    Just wondering if someone could give me the status of the river up by Alma? Is Belvidere open? How about the landing up by the dam in Winona. What does the main channel look like?

    Belvidere is open, but not sure if there are any ice jams between there and the dam. A lot of ice out there right now. There is a large jam covering the river a quarter mile above the interstate bridge in Winona. Won’t get through it.

    Okay thanks for the info. I would put in up by the dam in Winona if it is open. If anybody else has some info that would be great.

    The landing is open but had alot of ice floating around should improve with this warmer weather

    The landing right below the Winona dam is wide open and the boats were stacked like cord wood below it at 3:00 today 2/17/17

    Ya it was full couldn’t get another boat out there hardly wave . Place was a zoo. Small dam area.
