Thanks for spilling the beans. We have been using this on Pepin for the last two months and out fishing everyone around us.Plus the white bass like it too. I guess I will need to go to a puppet minnow or something.

If is anything like the Green Bay one I fished it will be over 40 at least if not 50lbs for the average you are talking about. It was a hog fest that day.
April 8, 2014 at 12:51 pm #1402685I ordered a bunch from Cabelas a few weeks back. The 5’s run 9-11ft. The same as the regulars. The difference is the effects on the body. They have a slick style and a flash style. The 7’s run 11-13ft. I love these baits. A little cheaper and catch many fish trolling. The precision Trolling Graph is on the back of package.
March 30, 2014 at 6:30 pm #1400452It seemed the fish were scattered all over the area all the way from Alma launch to the dam.
March 8, 2014 at 3:28 pm #1394877If you can drag or carry it you can. There is a road right by the paper mill that you can park on and drag down. Just keep it a secret so that there are not a million people there this spring.
November 21, 2013 at 2:34 am #1365407Was up there a month ago and it was nothing like that. Maybe we will have to make trip later in the year. But I did get my PB there though. Good Job and Good Luck
November 20, 2013 at 3:48 pm #1365332I have fished that lake many of times it is pretty much a flowage type lake that drains into the Mississippi. All I have caught is small perch.

August 17, 2013 at 9:03 pm #1190150Leadcore is a great thing. I have just started using it and am happy with it. The one thing is that its harder to feel the vibration of the crank. It works though and is great for those deep eyes. This is one I caught today on it. A nice 22 incher.
January 26, 2013 at 1:18 am #1134847I know I am well equipped this year, major trolling purchases this off season. I learned a lot and hope to use it this summer. Hope to see you this Saturday at the Skeeter Open House. Taking kids fishing on potato that morning.
