This is just meant to be a fun topic. I am a huge craft beer fan, so what are you drinking lately? I am currently enjoying Goose Island IPA.

Nothing wrong with the domestic beer guys, just not for me.

Southern Comfort Old Fashions when I’m not drinking Oso’s Night Train or Left Handed Milk. Sometimes just Bud Light to cleanse the pallette.

Bud light weekdays, mix in some Crown on weekends, if in some uppity bar go with Premium or Fulton. I’ll admit I like the pinky up beer of Stella once in a while, got to be in that cool glass though.

I live a few houses away from a 82 year old lady that lost her husband a couple years ago and I helped them with their garden once in awhile and give them plants from my greenhouse plus gave them fish. Well I knew he brewed his own beer and wine and thought it stopped with his passing. I took over some catfish fillets after his passing and said its too bad he died and I figured now their wouldn’t be any more home brew. She said the brewing room in her basement is still alive and well and she gave me a glass of her latest accomplishment, ya neighborhood craft beer is still alive and well.

Lately I’m on a margarita kick during the sunny day. I drink Barbados Rum many evenings with/after supper.

I’m with you on the domestic beers. Once I started drinking craft beers I just don’t enjoy the taste of domestic beers. I don’t like the really heavy beers like Guinness but more of the “mid weight” beers if you will. Stella Artois, Lienkuegal Canoe Paddler, etc.

Wade, we’ll have to visit Cigar City in Tampa. I also have Hourglass right down the road from me. I think all of their sales are from the tap, but they are starting to bottle.

I had to drink Coors light last night, because I didn’t restock. Lately I kind of grown sick of beer and enjoy a simple Screwdriver or black Russian.

I did find a good cheap out fishing beer. Yuengling. Its not too bad.

For the dark beer aficionados if you haven’t tried left handers milk stout it’s pretty dang good stuff. Makes guinness feel like all the big name bottles of watered down cat urine in comparison. (And I’m a Guinness guy).

Bottles – Corona!! My go to.
Tap – Stella, but it has to be in a Stella glass with the gold ring or it doesn’t taste the same.
    Cocktails – Jack Manhattan, Margarita.

I’m a creature of habit as far as beer, Michelob Lager. Not the Golden Draft, real Mich. Once in a while I’ll have a black & tan

Cocktails-7&7’s, Manhattens, old fashions, Crown on the rocks, I’m a fan of whiskey. Vodka occasionally.
