I just got an Ice Helix 5 G3 for my birthday. Are they that hard on batteries that I need to get a lithium battery? Do the 12-15 ah lithium fit in the Humminbird shuttle? I’m looking at the Vexilar 12ah & charger combo. Are they all pretty much a standard size up to 15ah?

I get about a day of fishing using a 9ah ago battery. Not a 16 hour day mind you, more like a 8 to 10 hr day.
