Goal Fish this year

    What’s your goal this year?
    My goal if all goes well is to catch my PB walleye and catfish.
    My pb walleye was on a firetiger crankbait and cat was on a shrimp.
    I think this year it will be in the same spot for walleye and cat will be in shallow water in the hot months in Iowa.

    My goal is to catch a bunch of big pike and show my kids a great time on the river. That means a lot of camping on the islands and at the red barn in lansing.

    30″ walleye jigging in Redwing and 50# Flathead below the Alma dam on a giant bluegill. I will get both mounted

    My goal is to NOT catch ANY walleyes…and catch less cats then I did last year BUT have more cats in my boat then I did last year.

    Drop all my bad fishing habits, the fish will follow. Sounds corny but going to be some work ahead of me.

    The only goal I ever have is to out fish all my buddies… bragging rights is why we fish, isnt it?

    Would like to catch pb walleye (currently 22.5″) and learn as much about fishing pool 2 as I can every time I go out. I’m gonna be trying harder to get a plastics bite to work for me this year.

    I want to net a 52″+ Muskie and a 30″ Walleye. I also want to fish with many great anglers and learn from them. I want to fish with novice anglers and help them as much as I can.
