Got out on the river yesterday with a few guys and we did quite well for 4 hours of fishing. We had 36 keepers we caught and released. The biggest was a 20 1/2 walleye and a sauger to tie. Three ways were the best presentation. The fish are moving shallower and the water is cleaning up nicely. The water is heading down now and maybe Everetts can hopefully open back up this week. good luck out there if you can find a safe place to launch this weekend.

After doing a bit of research early last week I noticed there are 2 pools that forcasted not to reach flood levels. Alma & Lansing area. I was on P5 thurs & fish are stacked & can be caught on seams that are out of main flow of 160,000-180,000 cfs. I could not get a fish to commit in those higher flows. If he was possibly fishing elsewhere I also would like to know which landing was accessable.
