I just returned from fishing on Cass Lake and Andrusia. Opening day was a little slow with high wind and rain we were able to catch a few fish. Starting Wednesday 05/17 we started locating more fish consistently day to day. Most fish were located on the break line between 12′ and 18′ of water.
While we were able to catch some fish on a lindy style rig, most of the best action came when we were anchored on the break pitching a jig with a shiner / fathead up of down the break.
