    A State that allows fishing for dormant flatheads in the winter would be so strict on bear hunting.

    I figured the WI DNR would allow shooting them in the middle of winter
    and give everyone a free tag.

    3 baits have been hit, but real sporadic. the one that seems to get hit most appears to be yotes?? headed up wed nite!!!unfortunately work is getting in the way more then I like, but….oh well.
