Armo_1 how did your Ice Pole build go? I am looking at doing the same thing. Wondering if you would be willing to share some pictures of what you did. Thanks

Are any of you guys running the Helix 7 with the GPS with a Dakota Lithium battery? Just wondering what kind of run time you get. With the regular batteries, mine did not last very long on a single charge. I have a 14 amp hour battery on it now but it is so heavy.
December 8, 2017 at 8:27 am #1733899So what batteries are you guys running for these. I switched to the Helix 7 G2 last year and ended up using a large battery to make it all day. Has anyone ran a lithium battery on a helix with better results?
December 5, 2017 at 11:26 am #1732950Like others have said, thanks Jamin for all to work and coordination you have done on these battery buy groups.
November 16, 2017 at 8:37 am #1728435Jamin, I am not sure what you have me down for, but I will take two batteries and one charger. Thank you.
November 7, 2017 at 5:11 pm #1726141Do you ever come to South Dakota to fish? I am interested in your heater, just to far of a drive to come get it.
November 1, 2017 at 11:45 am #1724647Hey Jamin, just wondering if you have gotten any more interest in doing a second group buy. I am interested if you do another round
February 14, 2017 at 9:15 am #1673899I actually just ran my DI G2N for the first time this weekend. Worked great, love the maps. I mounted on a genz box, put a bigger 12ah battery on it cause the smaller batteries just dont last real long.
February 8, 2017 at 8:53 am #1672249I have a 24″ LED, TV/DVD player combo. I leave it on all year round, and have never had a problem. I also made sure it was 12 volt, so I can watch tv with out the generator running. I have a direct vent heater so I dont need power for that. I rarely need to plug my generator in. I can run my shack for about 5 days without charging which is very nice. Just a thought to keep in mind.
January 16, 2017 at 3:57 pm #1665942Stopped at the Runnings in Brookings this weekend. No fly line left. any place online to get it cheap? Everything I have found is pretty expensive.
Thanks
January 13, 2017 at 8:14 am #1665098Thank you guys very much. I am heading to Brookings today actually before I go fishing. Looks like I have a little work to do before I start fishing with the rattle reels.
January 12, 2017 at 10:47 am #1664788Not trying to pirate your thread, but McCord, where do you buy the fly line?
November 10, 2016 at 7:51 am #1649788Anyone hear any thing on the LX-9?? Still waiting for an update??
March 3, 2016 at 8:52 am #1603939Joe, I agree, that is why I am keeping my solo. I truly dont mind drilling holes with it. Keep sharp blades on them and watch out. Just wanted something for in the shack that doesnt stink the place up and throw slush and chips everywhere.
March 2, 2016 at 11:57 am #1603695Ok, thanks guys, I really appreciate all the comments. I think I am going to keep the Ion. Wont get to test it much this year as the ice is going to be gone soon, but hopefully it works well next year!
March 2, 2016 at 8:34 am #1603635Brian, I have a 2.5 HP LazerMag for running and gunning. I know everyone says they are heavy and they need gas but drills need batteries so you are still carrying around extra things to get holes drilled in the ice. I will use my gas auger for days when I am drilling hundreds of holes. I am pretty much just wondering if an Ion or Kdrill would be better for the wheel house and a few tip up holes.

January 21, 2016 at 12:12 pm #1594360Dirty Jigger, where are you from? I live in South Dakota, and have a 8″ Lazer Mag. I was thinking about buying a chipper to re open holes in the ice shack. I might be willing to trade if you ever make it to South Dakota to Fish.
September 14, 2015 at 10:05 am #1565495I only have the free version and just ended with over $32,000. Very addicting!!

August 10, 2015 at 10:38 am #1558775I drew a tag in Wyoming this year. I bought a pair of the Lowas and have been very impressed. It took a couple weeks to break them in, but after that painful process they are an amazing boot. Great support and very comfortable.
