    Just did what I’ve done on inland lakes. Troll with cranks and rigs until I find them and jig for a bit once I do and if they aren’t liking it I go back to trolling.

    Caught most of the eyes on a dt crankbait that if I’m not mistaken is mostly used for bass?? All I have ever used it for anyway. Was expecting to maybe snag a smally or somethin along the rocky shore but it was a nice little surprise to start bringin in walleye

    yes there are. there are little points that go out under the water that come off of the railroad side fish off of those and you will find em

    I am in southern Minnesota around the rochester areaa, but i would probably be willing to go as far north as the twin cities preferably closer

    I do not have the pictures on me, but i am contacting my friend to try to get a hold of the pictures and I will try to post them. Honestly if it was not 8 pounds it was damn close…7.5 at the smallest… I fished my whole life and I have never even caught or seen a bass that was even compareable to this fish. just massive

    we lost many fish at the hole too… the smallies are just soo aggressive and it is hard to get them through the ice. they would get right up to the hole and they would give one last burst right under the ice

    If you do not believe this I honestly do not care,the fish are there and if you want just go out and try to catch them yourselves.
