Red rock store in ely on jasper lake was great fishing. I’ve heard good things about sha sha also
July 2, 2012 at 11:38 pm #1080548I’d take any below 0 over this heat! I’d be in the ice castle anyway. Had people getting heat stroke at work today
June 29, 2012 at 3:50 am #1079786Couldn’t you take the info from the other chip and make a waypoint where the flat is?
June 24, 2012 at 1:14 pm #1078330I would start with a new filter and if it’s still doing it take it to a reputable gm dealer and have them check balance rates on injectors
June 24, 2012 at 3:11 am #1078312Sign up on duramaxforum.com those guys are real good at diagnosing and giving you solutions. How many miles since the injectors and do you run stanadyne or dieselkleen? How long since fuel filter?
June 23, 2012 at 5:22 pm #1078242That is one of my pet peeves, a light or all lights out. Guys that have none and go anyway should have their trailer towing priveleges revoked!
June 19, 2012 at 11:30 pm #1077205By the sounds of it you could drive the boat around town! Not looking good for work again tomorrow either
June 19, 2012 at 10:14 pm #1077188Seen pics from pokegama they were biting this morning and around noon
June 3, 2012 at 12:57 am #1073161Try removing and reinstalling the hitch or take it around the block and see if it frees something up
May 31, 2012 at 1:37 am #1072382I had a great longline bite Monday between storms, maybe 3-4 hours total with my 4 year old pulled 10 over 22. Bright colored #9 deep taildancers in 30 ft. Started as a search method but found many fish were 10′ or higher off bottom and aggressive. Here’s a couple pics, A fat 25 and a double we got right away on our second time out after the hail
May 26, 2012 at 3:02 pm #1071538I run 7’s 9’s and 11’s depending on where I see fish. Also wouldn’t rule out deep thundersticks
May 20, 2012 at 4:41 pm #1069517Get the 80, I have a 55 powerdrive and it works ok but wouldn’t go that route again. Battery life isn’t great and find myself wanting more quite often. I would also get a bit longer shaft than you need, you could always run the collar higher
May 17, 2012 at 2:15 am #1068813Trollers bible is worth it’s weight in platinum! Any info on depth a bait runs is in there along with some general info. I run daiwa accudepth reels with 10# fireline
May 11, 2012 at 1:54 pm #1067571I don’t think so but it’s worth a shot. I tried my garmin chip in my bird just to try, but didn’t work
May 10, 2012 at 11:21 pm #1067425Maybe the relay, check if it has power at the plug or if its plugged in all the way.
May 10, 2012 at 3:25 pm #1067285Marking and renaming waypoints, and create tracks. Make sure to enable/disable either the preloaded map or lakemaster for whichever you are using. I had lakemaster enabled and it wouldnt let me search for address’s while using in the truck
May 9, 2012 at 5:54 pm #1067023You may want to look at the B&W tow and stow. Spendy but you can get it in the most drop you would need and adjust it for every trailer you pull
May 8, 2012 at 10:41 pm #1066766I’ll be out by Myr Mar at midnight till sunrise or so, then maybe north Saturday depending on the report from Will
May 8, 2012 at 10:33 pm #1066764Nice color choice. I had a gmc with similar gold lower and it hid the dirt well. Just don’t drive around with them tow mirrors flipped up without a load on
May 8, 2012 at 7:10 pm #1066679One thing I tried and really liked are the small glow sticks from rod n bobbs. They work great on the Thill bobbers, Just slip on the rubber holder and put the stick in when you need it. I’ve never had any luck with traditional floats whether its dead batteries or them filling with water
May 3, 2012 at 8:37 pm #1065410I think it is a good idea but I’d bet you would be arguing with CO’s after getting pulled over for having a plug in
May 2, 2012 at 3:23 pm #1064874For beginners I would think jigging or slip bobbers or dragging lindy rigs
