Favorite size/color for trolling with 3 ways

    Looking to buy some rapala’s and shad raps for trolling 3-ways this spring….What colors to walleyes like the best?

    Blue/Silver, Clown, and Fire Tiger are my top 3 producers on pool 8.

    #7 and #11’s.

    Bret has it right, a couple of others that work as well on pools 13, 14, 15 are gold/black and silver/black in the original floating rapala.

    Saugers really like anything in orange.
    I bought a few raps a couple years ago in pink and they have worked well for me.

    And don’t forget the perch either. If firetiger doesn’t work, usually the perch will.

    Does anyone use a tandome rapala set up(two on a line) while pulling three ways. Is that more effective than a single rapala? Whats your guys thoughts on that?
