    Hi all not much of a techie here. just thought I’d see if I can do this. The site seems pretty quite> went down to Pepin last two Mondays for the hot trolling bite. 1st Monday I got there in time for the cotton picking cotton picking. Yesterday lots of high water. One shortie eye in 10 – 14 fow. cursiouly an even smaller sauger in about 5 fow.

    Mostly pulled cranks but not much happened. I really don’t like high water. any thoughts ?

    Welcome to IDO.

    Given the higher water and extra current, then top it all off with cottonwood fluff, I’m sure most of the people who fish Pepin would rather see those conditions in Iowa than here. lol

    Welcome aboard Ron. I’d look for any area with clearer water that doesn’t look like chocolate milk. Hopefully these conditions won’t last long.
