Two lines in MN passed it's first hurdle!

    Without getting into the reason I’m against or for using 2 lines at once, I think the reason this failed is because it was bundled with other controversial items previously mentioned.

    Well, my beer drinkers theory doesn’t work. More beer ???? drank per per person in ND , wi ,S.D. then MN all allow 2 or more lines. I was thinking in MN that was what the other hand was for?
