It’s been kind of a weird summer. Didn’t get out a lot to fish. I did want to share some photos from our last trip out this season. I took the kids out to Sherman over Labor Day weekend and put Riley on his first walleye.

We also camped out at our farm nearby and let the kids go to town on some bass.

Way to go on your first walleye Riley!!! That’s one heck of a fish. So Riley, would you rather fish for WALLEYE or bass?

Great job getting the kids on some dandy fish Jason.

Riley said he liked catching the big walleye. It measured 25″ by the way.

    Hey Jason, you’re still alive!

Nice job on gettin the kids on some fish. Were they persuaded by Ben’s post on which fish was better to catch? That’s ok….I agree with em too.

Nice job! Hope you get some more water time soon.

Them are some really nice fish boys. Make certain that he keeps taking you fishing. Fishing with dad is the greatest, and a life long memory.
