I am heading up tomorrow night and excited to get back to my “home” lake. It’s both good and bad that we don’t hear much about it here.
JAndersonPosts: 277June 15, 2016 at 11:36 am #1624621Was up last week and the fishing was pretty tough. Fished a lot on the east side of kab. Water temp was below 60 still but I bet that has risen considerable since last week and will hopefully turn them on for you guys. It was a fun trip but the worst fishing we have had I our 20 years. Never really got any pattern put together. Just a few fish here and there. Most people we talked with were in a similar situation.
JFan02Posts: 38June 16, 2016 at 9:02 am #1624798Thanks for the heads up. In 20+ years on the lake this feels like the second downswing in fishing that we have seen. If the water has warmed a bit I think that should help. It may be a good timet o witch up tactics on a lake that sees a lot of jigs and lindy rigs.
