So I’m a complete novice and no doubt this will be a stupid question. But I’m going to ask it anyways.

I just bought a 2nd 899HDSI unit for the front of my boat and I want to share the SI/DI sonar images between the two. So I will obviously be buying the ethernet cable to connect the two units together. My question is, the front unit will be next to my Terrova. If I decide to network with the rear unit and share DI/SI , can I still utilize the US2 sonar on my Terrova, or will I be stuck with the rear 2d sonar as well?

You can stI’ll use the us2. The far right tab in the menu has network source (or something like that) where you can set which aonar/gps/temp that you want the unit to use.

Now if you have I pilot link and want to have that connected as well as linking the two sonars, then you will need a 5 port hub to connect them all together.

    Thanks a bunch guys!

I especially appreciate the tip about the dongle adapters. I thought I’d had everything ordered that I needed.
