Anybody have some recommendations for a guide on Lake Erie ice fishing for walleye. Seems like a fun trip but would like to go with someone who has experience over there. Thanks for any help!

Lake Erie fishing guide recommendation?

Getting good ice on Erie is tough. The problem with solid ice is the coast guard keeps the water open in the shipping channel. Go fishing on a windy SW wind and make sure you have your passport! I live 2 hours from Erie and I can let you know if we make it out there if you want. Erie in the western basin is dangerous enough throughout the summer. In the winter she is down right nasty.
