Essential Functions:
Manages all areas of Ceiling Lift Installation. Must oversee the performance of all trade contractors and Medcare employees involved in the project. Responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule.
Completes customer request for quotes for ceiling lift installations.
Reviews/evaluates customer contracts for best interest of Medcare
Manage cost of installation, cost-profit analysis.
Manage Installation Supervisor.
Manage on-site personnel under Installation department.
Manages all permit applications
Manages all bond applications
Coordination of installation with all Federal, State and local regulatory authorities.
Development and administration of the installation training and certification program and process documentation.
Manage installation equipment/tools and upper structure hardware.
Required to source/manage contract installation.
Reviews prints/floor plans for verification of projects.
Must perform customer site assessments and onsite installation when necessary.
Must continually work on improving the installation process to ensure installation profitability.
Responsible for coordination of all parts that need to be ordered for installation jobs.
Qualifications for position:
2-4 years experience in construction management.
BA in Construction Management
Proficient with Microsoft Offic (word/excel/outlook/project).
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to read blueprints
