    anyone know if they make any kind of depth countor map for mississippi river north of st cloud

    Are you talking between the university dam and the sartell paper mill dam? I would doubt there would be from south of the sauk confluence upriver to the dam. You can use google or bing satellite images and count the boulders and rocks. Canoe, kayak, or jet would be your best bet from the sauk north.
